Click on desired forum, for example 'Digital Art' like you see on image below
Then click on 'NEW TOPIC' button on the left
Enter in a subject title of your work
In a text field enter your text and img code like on image below (after you copy and paste image url into the code your image will appear on forum)
Example of how to get image url - click on the image with right mouse button and choose in options to copy image location (in firefox is 'copy image location' / in google crhome: 'copy image url') see in image below
Or you can upload file with options below text field like on image below
