I like how you used a strong colors in your last works... it makes every peace of your work clear. Concept is simplified but it's pretty good. Also, one small detail could be fixed, because everything looks symmetrical except the floor which is slightly falling to the left, if you pay attention on the bottom line... this could be easily fixed with warp tool

there's a great tool within Camera Raw that can fix straight lines of image so it looks great with minimal loss of the quality and with minimal blurring!! but if you really look closely, the owl is focal point and then you'll see everything is crooked on the left side.
I must say I'm not really happy with the concept. I think it's in a serious lack of details, but as minimal artist (based on my wallpapers and design) I have tendency to simplify everything or put too much details, it's really hard for me to find a great balance! so any comments concept wise are more than just welcome

- ok, so I've got this idea so I updated a lil bit this piece

now, with the cloudy fog you blended more everything into the sky atmosphere... it's a good change.
By the way, about technical details, there is a two small mistakes. I already told you about one and the second are blurred Greek column where I get the feeling that you were made blur in circle. By my opinion only objects which are nearest should be blurred.
What is a white object over the right Greek column?

no, owl is on the left from our view... what I thought is white object on the right above Greek column... on the left column you don't have it
