I have a suggestions:
- try to extend time of working on one project, this could help you improve yourself even more...
- on Cristiano, you have almost perfect shadows, but on Torres are not... pay attention on his neck, you put there too much black... my advice for you is to pick color from his skin, then change it to a little bit darker, try not to use black on the skin... I think on Cristiano you did really good job.
- and the last, try also to use white lines... for example I use 30% of white on clothes, on wrinkled places... this could be good for practice... you have shadows, but the light can be also something which can improve your work
