To make the Gallery even more interesting, at the end of each year we'll
form a top list of the best wallpapers for that year, solely based on your
votes.
If a wallpaper gets more than 15 votes, we'll show it on the list, but all
the votes will be reset for the next year.
All the other wallpapers (with
less than 15 votes) won't make it on the list, but get to keep their votes
and carry them over to the following year :)
This way we can list the best wallpapers each year.
