Use Filter>Distort>Twirl and bring in the meaning of 200. Right after that use the Zig Zag filter which you can find in the under menu Distort. When the window of the filter shows up in the next spaces bring in the meanings as follows: Amount:-10 and Ridges: 20.

The same made background you should duplicate (right click in the panel layers on the backgorund and then on duplicate layers and click ok). Be sure that the duplicate background is selected and then go on Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal which what you've turned this layer horizontally. Mixing resume of this layer should be Lighten (in the panel layers like the mode: choose Lighten ). Now we have to connect those two layers and we are going to do this easily if we press CTRL+E (with this command the upper layer connects with the lower layer , and its is much different then the option Layer>Flatten Image which connects all exsisting layers in the working layer of the active window).

Duplicate again the new existing background. On the new layer use Filter>Distort>Glass with following perimeters: Distortion: 10 and Smoothness: 5. The resume of the colors of the new layer (mode layer) fix to be on the Darken with the Opacity of 50%.

Using the Shape Tool make the volume waterdrop . The step is as follows: the color of the firt plan should be white. Choose the Shape tool. In the upper menu you will see the menu from which you can take the finished shapes. Click on the arrow down so that the droping down menu will appear and by the deafult the droping down menu is very short so click on the arrow on the right and the extra options will appear, clik All and by doing that you will be able to see all of them. Chose our waterdrop, right on the lleft side next to the shape tool you have one more arrow downward; one more extra dropdown menu where you could enter the fixed volume (fixed size). Lets say for W: 20 adn for H : 30 you will get our waterdrop. If you wish to do this approximatly, you could click somewhere on the picture and pull it, while doing this it is neccessary to hold Shift so that you won't lose the proportion.

If you've done everything correctly, the new layer will be created automaticlly, the shape, and the waterdrop will be totally white . Arrange the drop somewhere little over the center of the picture and in the panel layers click twice very fast with the left mouse on the right side from the name 'shape'. This way you will enter in the window Beveal & Emboss. Fix the Fill Opacity of the waterdrop to be 20%,. Click on Beveal and Emboss and bring in the following paremeters:

Depth: 291, Size: 5, Soften: 5. Notice that the fixings in the bottom part - Highlight Mode: Normal, color: White and Shadow Mode: Normal and the color is also white.
